Sorry im late!

Hi my name is Brooke. Ok alittle about me.. I just moved in to a new apartment the last week of December in Branford. I teach at a Montessori school in Cheshire. This is my second year teaching at the same school and i really enjoy it. I am taking this class because I have a new found interest in photography and wanted to find out more about it. I have been taking picture for a friends band for the last 3 years using my digital camera. I think i am getting pretty good at it! I also have learned a lot about uploading and downloading photos and posting the files on to the bands website. You might say photography has become a hobby of mine.
I am a pretty creative person. I use art in my life everyday, at work, home and on weekends when the band plays. At work i have put together two scrapbooks using pictures from important events during the school year and daily work time for my classroom. The children enjoy visting the Book Corner to flip through it. At home my computer has hundreds of files full of pictures of friends and family, the band and my students. On weekends you can usually find me with my camera in hand taking action shots of the band while they play and the audience dancing and singing along. I think my pictures have approved over the years and i have learned a lot from lining up shots and when to use the flash.
Well thats about all i can think about writing now. I loook forward to taking lots of pictures!

Alittle about the picture i posted. This was taken in my new bathroom through the shower stall door. I think it gives an interesting effect kind of like water.
