Hi Mary and everyone... Sometimes it's easier to show rather than tell... I took the better bottom portrait and cropped it vertically and darkened the right side a bit... The results speak for themselves... So some tips for everyone... hold the camera vertically, use your zoom, move in close (I know I sound like a broken record) turn the face into the light and wait for all the emotion to calm down... the results are well worth it!
