Hi all,
I found this assignment rather difficult. These are two women I work with who were gracious enough to let me photograph them. Even though one picture is not super clear I felt it captured the person as I see her. I did put heavy tissue paper on the window for the first picture. I was never sure in picasa if I should sharpen the portrait, I did however, do a lot of cropping and adding highlights.

These are tough because of the artificial light doing most of the illumination. It can e very contrasty and you can't control the direction it is coming from... Also, we want to wait out the subject... to allow them time to get over the embarrasment of the situation... Try some more!
