Read the portion of the syllabus that discusses Week 7... You may post images created using the Atheneum's "Painter" or create your own overlays of images using the collage mode in Picasa. To recap from the syllabus how to save your picture from the Atheneum's site:
To save your creation.... From the Athenaeum site, bring up your image, hit the "print screen" key on your pc keyboard. (Use grabber on a Mac). Go to your image editing application (not picasa) and go to menu item FILE>NEW>ENTER then after the new blank file opens, EDIT>PASTE. Crop away all the parts you don't want and save the file as a .jpg and upload from there. All PC's come with a free image editor called Paint located in the Accessories submenu... PROGRAMS>ACCESSORIES>PAINT. Save the file as a jpeg (.jpg), not a .bmp.
Have fun with the composited project this week... don't think too hard about it... just play... edit down to your best work... remember to post one here and 6 or more on fotothing!
